The following apartments are available for purchase at AVON ROYAL COURT, located on Orchid Road, Lafiaji Town, Lekki Peninsula, Lagos beside Lekki second toll gate.
These designs are bespoke for 9mobile cooperative in a significantly developed location offering good rental potential ranging from N700,000 for a Studio Apartment to N1 million for a One Bedroom Apartment and N1.3 million for a Two Bedroom Apartment.
Kindly note the following:
- Note that only sixteen (16) units are available and allocation will be on first-come, first-serve basis.
- Cooperative Processing Fee: A non-refundable sum of N30,000 shall be paid upfront into the cooperative account as processing fee prior to submission of expression of interest.
- Withdrawal of Subscription: Subscribers who decide to withdraw their subscriptions in the course of the project shall forfeit 10% of any paid installments as penalty.
- Documentation and perfection of Title will be exclusively executed in the name of the subscriber.
